Introducing The Monarchs

Welcome to The Monarchs, a new pan-European integrated communications agency purpose-built to support the world’s most innovative brands through PR, content, and SEO.

Our core focus is reputation. We believe in looking at reputation in the long-term and enacting strategies the will work for both today and tomorrow, whether that’s through PR, content, or long-term SEO success. 

Insights analysis on media, search, and social are baked into everything we do. We offer modern and integrated communications but you’ll never hear us refer to ourselves as ‘digital PR’ – but that’s a topic for another day.

While The Monarchs is headquartered at The Bower, Old Street, in London, the agency is building a pan-European team who will work together remotely. 

Currently, we support local market activity in the UK, Germany, and Romania, and offer global English language support. And we are actively hiring in Spain. 

Most importantly, The Monarchs has been established out of a desire to create a workplace and agency partner that prioritises treating all people fairly and honestly, whether staff, client, or other stakeholder, and where delivering great work with pride is a given.
